Had a lovely time with our family, especially enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the comprehensive breakfast, complete with fresh bread that we couldn't get enough of. The garden area was perfect for unwinding and the hot shower felt amazing after our rainy Hobbiton tour. Only thing was the bedroom felt a bit snug, but the comfort made it all worthwhile. 😊

Our hotel was in a marvellous location on the outskirts of town. Further, it was short walk to a rural farm, the hosts' beautiful, tranquil garden, and a spectacular waterfall, the beautiful Blue Spring hiking trail and Hobbiton.

The hosts were super helpful, and we loved the fresh bread they provided each morning. We visited Hobbiton and Wairere Falls, both were amazing! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for a chill getaway!
One downside was the lack of cooking facilities. We weren't able to prepare our meals, but the breakfast was quite nice.

Beautifully decorated and cozy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fresh homemade bread and a thoughtfully prepared breakfast were a good touch. The location proved to be convenient for both local dining and hopping over to popular attractions. Only a minor note on limited dining options nearby, but overall, it's a great spot for exploring the area.
